Product Specialist
Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Product Specialist who is eager to grow, passionate about medical technology, and ready to contribute to delivering meaningful solutions for healthcare professionals across Indonesia. If you are a strong communicator, enjoy continuous learning, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Support product installations, user training, and clinical applications. Assist the Sales team with product knowledge and technical support during customer visits. Develop a strong understanding of the company's medical devices and their applications. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product-related solutions. Participate in product training, workshops, exhibitions, and other marketing activities. Prepare product documentation, reports, and presentation materials. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduates (Class of 2026) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in:
- Electromedical Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Medical Physics
- Medical Engineering
- Passionate about medical devices and healthcare technology.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
- Available to join in August 2026.
